EnerGex is a naturally sourced, slow-release smart carbohydrate that safely increases blood glucose and delivers balanced energy, thanks to its low-glycemic profile. By improving fat oxidation during physical activity, it prolongs energy supply. Rapidly absorbed, it raises blood glucose within 30 minutes, sustains levels for up to 2 hours, and supports post-exercise recovery. EnerGex can be given before, during or after competition or training. If given before exercise, EnerGex should not be given more than 15 minutes prior to the start to maximise the effect. For intense exercise, two syringes may be given. Additional syringes may be given every 1–2 hours. Given immediately after exercise, EnerGex promotes recovery.
