We want you to be happy with your Toklat product! Please contact us at 888-286-5528 or email orders@toklat.com for a Return Request number for items purchased on toklat.com. Items can be returned within 30 days, in new, unused condition with original packaging. Toklat does not provide return labels for standard returns or accept returns of soiled, dirty, or used items. Items in the Clearance category cannot be returned.

Items should be returned to this address and include order number and last name on the outside of the box:
